Woo-hoo! We have survived. They are technically about 3 months adjusted so I will really celebrate the adjusted 4 months. Townes has had a re-emergence of colic. Probably with the sicknesses being passed around. He is a million times better but it is still frustrating to deal with. We have a ped appointment this Friday so we should get their updated weights. They are cooing and becoming so much more social.
Pops with his month long missions trip to Sri Lanka beard. Enrest Hemingway anyone?
Townes and Drew- his much bigger cousin! Drew was 10 lb 13 oz at birth in September. Townes was a paltry 4lb 4 oz.
Seth with sweet Caroline.
They slept through the night randomly?!! We have not re-created this glorious moment unfortunately. Look how happy mom is.
Kiddos with their July 4th outfits on!
Townes with a leather jacket borrowed from a "Wild Thang" stuffed gorilla. Very fitting.
Nate and I had quite a weekend. Saturday was my perfect day!! Nate's parents graciously took the triplets overnight. We headed down to Midtown Tavern for dinner with good friends followed by drinks and an exciting search for a parking spot by Vanderbilt where 45,000 other people had the same idea. U2 completely rocked the house. They played all of my favorites. Gabby Gifford's husband said hello from the space station and Bono brought a blind man on stage to play "All I Want Is You" then gave him his guitar. That was our wedding song so quite a way to end it. We got home around 2 am and slept a full 8 hours. Heaven!
Look how happy I am!!
